The rooms are beautifully cleaned and maintained thanks to Mansour's exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay. While the dining experience might not meet expectations, the helpful and attentive service provided by staff members like 'Jordian' truly enhances the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness, and design of the rooms. My family of 4 was delighted with the spacious and comfortable suite. The hotel offers a smoking room, which was a nice touch. Although check-in time was at 8:00, it wasn't an issue for us.

I had a great time at the hotel! The food in all the restaurants was delicious, and cocktails were available 24/7. The lack of an iron in the room was a downside, but the tasty and freshly made dishes made up for it.

The hotel's rooms were beautiful and clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff wearing a recognizable uniform and being very helpful, especially the receptionist, Jordian. The location was superb, allowing for a perfect evening swim, and Mr Kamel made the check-in process quick and easy. The dining experience, however, was poor, especially at the hotel restaurant. Overall, the facilities were great, offering a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy.

My stay at one of the best places in Sharm was just perfect with a big room offering a relaxing pool view, making every second enjoyable even when not in the pool. The service was exceptional with kind and professional staff, especially Mr Tamer. The location was beautiful with multiple outdoor pools, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The dining experience was average with room for improvement in quality and variety of dishes.
